Kennedy Court Pet Policy

​KENNEDY COURT  is pet friendly.  You must include pet info on your application.
 
*There is a maximum of 2 pets in any given unit. Maximum weight for dogs is 55lbs, full grown weight
**Canine Breed and weight restrictions apply. (please see below)
*Current photo required.
*Updated Vet Paperwork required
*No Aggressive Breeds permitted.

PET DEPOSIT:
$250.00/pet 1-35 lbs
$400.00/pet 36-55 lbs
This deposit is non-refundable.
 
MONTHLY PET RENT:
$35.00/month/pet 1-35 lbs
$50.00/month/pet 36-55 lbs
The monthly pet rent is non-refundable.
 
Other small animals may be permitted.  The fees for these pets are the same.
The specifics of the pets and the accompanying fees will be detailed in your rental agreement.

**Canine Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to the following and any combination of the following: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiff, Cane Corsos, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Husky, Boxer, Tosa Inu, American Bandogge.
