KENNEDY COURT reserves the right to allow or deny any type of pet in a particular unit. You must fill out a pet application for each pet.
There is a maximum of 2 pets in any given unit. *Breed and weight restrictions apply.
In cases where pets are permitted, additional fees apply:
PET DEPOSIT:
$250/pet
These deposits are NON-refundable.
MONTHLY PET RENT:
$35/pet/month
The monthly pet rent is NON refundable.
Other small animals may be permitted. Please call the office to inquire.
The specifics of the pets and the accompanying fees will be detailed in your rental agreement.
